The Contact details on page 1 indicate the details for the person making the booking. This may be the participant.

Participant Details

Participant details on page 2 indicate the details for the person attending the event. This may be the same person indicated on page 1 of the booking form.

You may use the tick boxes at the top of page 2 to copy over name and address of the contact if they are also going to be attending the event (participant).

All rates listed under the booking type have any appropriated discount already allocated.

Amending Details

Use the back buttons indicated on the bottom of the booking form to move through the form and amend details before you submit your final booking.

Remember if you amend personal details on page 1 you will also be required to amend the same details on page 2.

Remember if you amend the number of participants on page 1 you will also be required to amend the same details on page 2.

Confirmation Pages

You wlll receive an online confirmation of your credit card booking, or an online confirmation of receipt of booking application if cheque or invoice payment has been selected.

You will also receive a email to this effect.

Credit Card Bookings

Step 5 – finalise payment will require you to complete your credit card booking if that is what you have selected.

CRAC take on-line security very seriously and are registered with Secure Trading. CRAC does not at any time hold any of your personal credit card details. CRAC utilise the latest in Secure Server Technology to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards.

You can tell when you enter a secure area of our websites, as a small locked padlock will appear in the bottom bar of your browser. The security of our websites is independently verified.
